OUR MISSION

The Humane Society of Logan County, a not-for-profit (501c3) organization, is committed to the prevention of cruelty, abuse and neglect of animals through its adoption program, cruelty investigation, spay/neuter assistance program, and humane awareness and education.

Win free food from HSLC!

The Humane Society of Logan County (HSLC) will conduct a huge “free groceries” raffle during the remainder of the summer. For $10, hopefuls can receive twenty chances in three drawings to give away
$500, $250 and $250 in free groceries at Kroger. All tickets will
remain in the hopper for all drawings, and winning once does not make one ineligible for further winnings. Raffle tickets will be
available from HSLC volunteers at all fundraising events and all
HSLC meetings (check the calendar on hslclincoln.org), or by calling 735-2258.

OPEN YOUR HEART AND YOUR HOME TO AN ANIMAL IN NEED!

Since HSLC does not have a shelter facility, we rely on volunteer foster parents to care for our rescued cats and dogs. Foster parents have the unique opportunity to personally help our rescued animals heal both emotionally and physically from whatever trauma they have been through. When the shelter is constructed, we will still offer a pet foster care program to companion animals that are currently not adoptable or adoptable but need time away from the shelter. This can be a fulfilling way to enjoy and save animals lives, and help the Humane Society. Read more
