In May a very special yorkie came to live in the Humane Society of Logan County shelter. Susie, over a short period of time, lost the
use of her back legs, but she never lost her love of life, and her love for the people who cared for her. One day a young lady came to
the shelter to volunteer in the cat rooms, and her mother came with her. Before long, a love developed, and Susie went to live in their
home as a foster dog. Today, Susie was formally adopted into her forever home. She can do her job to make life better for the nursing
home residents. And, she can continue to show others that life is not always what you want it to be, but being happy and loving can solve a million problems. Fantastic dog who found a fantastic family!
